The menu was evolved by the team, Christian Erb and the adviser and food specialist Pierre Nierhaus. A Josper grill from Spain is being used to fulfill our high standards. Josper Grill is a unique charcoal grill and oven from Spain. Due to its very high temperatures all dishes are roasted, and the pores are sealed at the same time. This process offers an extraordinary and delicate taste.
Our kitchen team, led by our chef Lars Müller, prepares meat, fish and vegetarian specialties on that grill. From Bavarian beef and dry aged beef from Ireland and USA to Burger, regional fish and grilled cheese as well as Salads, Bavarian Classics are to be found on the menu. Lars Müller even came up with a unique recipe for our “Almgrill Kaiserschmarrn”.
We are looking forward to welcome you with up to 34 persons exclusively in our cozy, air-conditioned parlor with pine wood wainscoting and access to a private patio.
All the decoration details, made from 300-year-old timber, have been chosen by the Erb family. A painted picture of the Zugspitze on the sliding door, a panorama from Castle Neuschwanstein and handmade lamps made of felt complete the alpine atmosphere.
In the summertime you can enjoy a wonderful evening on our beautiful sun terrace. If you want to surprise your loved one(s) or for any special occasion, we can arrange a relaxed Candle-Light-Dinner in our cozy garden. We can even organize some flowers or small presents.
